CONTACT

Planning an event abroad? Let’s map the logistics first.

For an international event, send the country, city, venue, date, guest count and languages. That is enough to assess availability and build a realistic plan for travel, hosting and technical production.

INTERNATIONAL ENQUIRIES

Country, venue and languages come before the programme

The same event concept can require a very different setup in another country. Travel days, local suppliers, venue equipment and accommodation may affect the proposal more than the programme itself.

Once those basics are clear, we can decide the hosting language, DJ format, technical responsibilities and how much of the production should travel with our team.

01

Destination

Share the country and city first. It determines travel time, arrival schedule and whether an extra setup day may be needed.

02

Venue production

We check what sound, lighting, screens and microphones the venue already has before deciding what should travel with us.

03

Languages

English, Lithuanian, Russian and Polish are hosted personally; Latvian and Spanish can be added in a duo.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

From a date to a clear event plan.

01

I check the date

From the date, location and event format I can quickly confirm whether I am available and able to take the booking.

02

We discuss the format

If the date is available, we discuss languages, programme style, technical production and the most suitable service option.

03

We meet

I recommend allowing 1.5–2 hours for an in-person or online meeting so we can discuss the programme and the key decisions without rushing.
