Consultation and preparation
Before the event I clarify the audience, occasion, key people, desired atmosphere and technical requirements.

EVENT HOST & MC
For me, hosting is not reading lines from a page. It is managing people, timing and atmosphere. I adapt every event to the audience, occasion and the client's expectations.
My goal is not to spend as much time as possible on the microphone. I watch the people, the energy in the room and the pace of the evening. Sometimes the event needs an active programme, sometimes one precise sentence, and sometimes the best choice is simply not to interrupt a good moment.
I do not use forced toasts, repeated calls to drink or vulgar games. Guests can take part in the programme, but they always have space to talk, eat, dance and enjoy the evening.
Before the event I clarify the audience, occasion, key people, desired atmosphere and technical requirements.
I build the rhythm of the event rather than a minute-by-minute plan for its own sake: when action is needed, when emotion matters and when people simply need space.
During the event I connect the programme, DJ, technical team, catering, performances and key moments into one smooth flow.
I communicate with the audience, manage the pace and react to what is happening in the room. The script is a support, not a chain.
Depending on the format, a DJ can work alongside me, with professional sound, lighting, video equipment and additional effects.
Quizzes, team games, nominations, auctions, guest-made film tasks and other activities are selected for the specific audience.
The date, location, event type, number of guests and languages give a clear first picture of the format.
We usually allow around 1.5–2 hours to discuss the people, programme, expectations and what you definitely do not want at your event.
I coordinate the running order, programme elements, technical setup, team and the sequence of the evening's key moments.
On the day itself, the most important thing is no longer the plan in a document but the real atmosphere in the room. That is what guides the pace.

The plan helps us prepare.
The people decide how the evening really unfolds.
I personally host in Lithuanian, Russian, English and Polish. If Latvian or Spanish is required, the event can be hosted as a duo.
Multilingual hosting ↗I work in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland, as well as elsewhere in Europe. The format is shaped by the audience and occasion, not by the city or country.
Events in Europe ↗For weddings I can prepare, coordinate and host a symbolic or on-site ceremony that fits naturally into the wider celebration.
Wedding ceremonies ↗Depending on the event, additional sound, lighting and video equipment can be used, as well as an AI-based simultaneous interpretation system.
At weddings I leave plenty of room for people, conversation, dancing and spontaneous moments. The programme should support the celebration, not dominate it.
Team tasks, quizzes, nominations and other interactive elements can be used more boldly when they help connect different people.
At a conference it is important to control timing, speaker transitions and the stage precisely while keeping communication with the audience natural.
Short answers to the questions that most often come up when choosing an event host.
Yes. I have many tried-and-tested programme elements, but their combination, order and presentation are adapted to the specific people, audience and event format.
Yes. At many events I work together with a DJ. Depending on the chosen format, professional sound, lighting and video equipment can also be provided.
No. I do not use forced toasts, repeated calls to drink or activities that put people in uncomfortable situations. Participation should feel natural.
Yes. I personally host in Lithuanian, Russian, English and Polish. Latvian and Spanish are available in a duo with a colleague, and an AI simultaneous interpretation solution can also be added.
Yes. I work throughout Lithuania, Latvia and Poland, as well as elsewhere in Europe. Location is not a problem as long as logistics and technical requirements are planned in advance.
It depends on the event format. Weddings, corporate evenings, conferences and shorter private celebrations all require different schedules, so working hours are agreed around the specific programme.
